The plot is based on a real story - the story of a fatal beauty courtesan and her love for the young and romantic Armand Duval. The novel was reworked into a play that was a resounding success, Giuseppe Verdi liked the play very much and based on it he wrote the opera "La Traviata".
The doll is made of porcelain, the dress is made of material.
