Rare round white eggplant highly recommended for gastronomy for its delicious mild flavor, it is perfect for roasting and stuffing.
Grow in fairly deep, fertile and well-drained soils. It is advisable to use stakes to keep the plants upright. The first aubergines can begin to be harvested 90 days after sowing.
Sowing is recommended to be done in March or April outdoors, while indoors you can start doing it from January. It is not recommended to bury the seeds, transplant the seedlings to their final place when they have several pairs of leaves and leave at least 45cm of distance between the plants. They need temperatures of 20 to 25ºC to germinate. The transplant must be carried out around May/June.
