Growing carrots in general:
It is recommended to sow the carrots from February to September by direct sowing without burying it on the ground, but if it is better mixing it with a little sand or fine soil, do not let the ground dry out too much as this could affect the root and crack it. As they are long-cycle vegetables, it is best not to harvest them before 3 months (you can harvest them a little earlier but their size would be smaller, although they have a much sweeter flavor), they are not very demanding in fertilizers (although enrichment with manure has effects quite positive, especially if constant humidity is maintained) and is positively associated with other common vegetables (radishes, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, among many others).
