Recommended daily dose:
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times a day
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 capsule 3 times a day
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times a day

Duration of use:
For an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.
Method of administration:
The capsules "Narum" should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with a drink at room temperature (preferably with milk, except in case of intolerance to dairy products). You can also open the capsule and dissolve the contents in the drink. Do not exceed the recommended servings for consumption during the day.
