Use good potting mix, sprinkle seeds over soil, don't bother to cover, water in lightly, spray mist twice daily, I cover mine with black plastic ( just garbage bag) and they germinate usually within 7-14 days, may take little longer for cooler climates. After germination starts take off black plastic and give them indirect strong light and then after 6 weeks give half day filtered light until you can see seedlings are stronger. Plant out when approx 12-15cm tall into garden or pots.
