Written in the front by The Rt. Honorable Edward Seaga, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Budget Speech April 1982. The first chapter gives the project summary, rational and approach. Then the chapters are labeled: Background, How Computer-based education works, Unified Curriculum Implementation Plan, Ministry of Youth & Community, Ministry of Agriculture Plan, Ministry of Education Plan, Evaluation, Pricing.
