NEW Blue Mabe Pearl Sterling Silver Ring

This listing features a lovely Blue Mabe Pearl sterling silver ring. The Mabe pearl is irredscent blue with rainbow colors, encased in solid Sterling Silver. The Pearl is antique cut shape with rounded corners and is approximately 12x16mm in size. The setting is a size 7, is sizeable, and has been coated with high polished Rhodium for a rust inhibitor. Mabe pearls are considered semi-spherical cultured pearls that grow against the inside of the oyster shell, rather than inside the body of the oyster as is the case for other cultured pearls. Because they grow on the inside of the oyster shell, they have a flat side instead of being round. They take 2-6 years to grow!
