They believe that everything found in nature has its own individual vibrational energy which makes it uniquely powerful. That's why no artificial ingredients are used in this product. Valentina uses only the highest quality natural essential oils. This gives them great quality, but can vary the scent blends by a lot because essential oils will vary in each harvest.

The bottle is filled to about an inch from the top. That is how I got it, so, I am assuming that is how it is supposed to be.
