The brass salt mill ALEXANDER No 108, is equipped with one
very hard Food Safe plastic mechanism (40% glass) diameter 38mm and
stainless steel shaft to prevent oxidation.
It is equipped with a 3DCut system, which is designed to really grind
salt and not just break it down maximizing its taste and aroma.
It grinds very easily and quickly directly on the plate.
Grinding is done in three phases (3DCut):
1st phase, grabs the salt and breaks it in half
2nd phase, cut it into very small pieces
Phase 3, sends it to the small teeth and grinds it quickly and easily
