Add coconut milk and then add enough water to make it like a smooth batter. Add sugar and mix it well until the sugar dissolves. Pour that mixture into a pot and cook on low heat while stirring continuously. Once it starts thickening, pour that into a tray and allow it to cool down to room temperature. After it cools down, cut into pieces and serve.
