So easy to grow, Dahlias are some of the most rewarding summer flowers of all. Their huge, colorful blooms create a show-stopping statement and last all the way into the fall. Dazzling Magic is no exception; with colorful yellow and red blooms, this Dinnerplate variety boasts blooms that reach 8-10” wide. Reaching 63-40” tall, plant this beauty in the back of your garden bed in any sunny spot. The huge, colorful blooms attract hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden and make for truly spectacular summer bouquets. Dazzling Magic is a great addition to any summer garden and a must-have for the Dahlia lover. Our garden friends, as well as our not-so garden friends, could not help but marvel at the size and color of our 'Dinner Plate Dahlias'. Truly as big as dinner plates, these specially selected prize-winning size dahlias are the most spectacular we've ever seen. Originating from Mexico and Guatemala, Dahlias were the flowers of Inca kings and despite their royal origins Dahlias are amongst the easiest plants to grow in the garden. They are a wonderful source of cut flowers and will provide a veritable cornucopia of colorful blooms for your bouquets from mid summer until the first hard frost in the late fall. Dahlias are hardy in zones 8 -10. Dahlias are susceptible to cold so be careful not to plant them too early and be sure to dig them up and store them in a frost-free place before old Jack Frost comes calling if you are planting them in a cooler zone! Your new Dahlias tubers can be stored in the refrigerator until planting time or get a head start on spring and start them indoors in a sunny wind
