Soft tulle shoulder veil with all over pearl/sequin detail, cowl back style, unfinished edge, and pins onto shoulder straps of wedding gown. This is a Watteau Train/Shoulder Veil. These are not categorized by the same length descriptions as regular head veils and gown trains. These go only by their length from shoulders.
