Material :
Sugar, vegetable creamer (contains food coloring beta carotene CI 75130), milk powder, cocoa powder, vegetable stabilizer, vanilla flavor.
HOW TO USE :
Mix my vla with 200mL, hot water dispenser at least 70 degrees Celsius,
stir the mixture thoroughly until you get a smooth texture.
My vla was served with pudding. Better served cold.

Total energy 270kcal, energy from fat 50kcal. % RDA: 5g total fat, 3g protein, 52g total carbohydrates, sugar, 33g, 160mg sodium.
