Laksa (Laksa Seasoning)
For 6 portions
70 gr x 2 pack per order
The savory taste mixed with sweet and sour is the most solid in the Munik Laksa seasoning. Specially formulated for the taste of the Indonesian tongue, enjoy the rich sensation of the real taste of the best laksa with Sari Munik's laksa seasoning.
Do not let the results of the dishes feel less fitting on the tongue, especially for menus that require a complex blend of ingredients and spices. With Bumbu Munik Laksa, you just add it without having to cook or re-stir. In fact, the taste is also just right and there is no need to add salt or other kitchen spices. Practical, hygienic, and halal, Munik spices are mom's best friend in the kitchen.
How to cook
Boil the chicken meat with 500 cc of water until tender, then stir the chicken meat and set aside.
Add coconut milk to the remaining chicken meat (broth) until it becomes 1500 cc. Add the Laksa Munik Seasoning, cook over low heat (while continuing to stir), until it boils.
Put the complementary ingredients into a bowl, flush with hot sauce, add lime juice, and sprinkle fried onions on top.
Ready to be served. Serve while hot.
Note:
The seasonings are cooked (no need to stir-fry again) and no need to add salt, etc.
This laksa seasoning does not use dyes, the yellow color comes from the turmeric spice.
For 6 servings.
