How to cook
Put the meat, coconut milk, and 1 pack of Empal Munik Seasoning into the pot. Rebs for 45 minutes over low heat. Lift, drain.
Boiled meat, sliced to a thickness of 0.5 then pounded to make it soft, Boil the meat again until the water dries up, then fry the meat on low heat for 1 minute. Lift.
Ready to be served. serve with hot rice.
