The following style changes can be made: this can be converted to a bateau neckline with long or cap sleeves, off shoulder long sleeves or cap sleeves, train length, a corset lace-up back, and fabric can change to a heavier satin or lined tulle, the appliques can be all over scattered if you prefer, pockets can be added.
