Based on the bestselling novel by Joyce Carol Oates, Blonde boldly reimagines the life of one of Hollywood's most enduring icons, Marilyn Monroe. From her volatile childhood as Norma Jeane, through her rise to stardom and romantic entanglements, Blonde blurs the lines of fact and fiction to explore the widening split between her public and private selves.

Blonde is a 2022 American biographical film written and directed by Andrew Dominik, based on the 2000 novel of the same name by Joyce Carol Oates.

This is a wonderful film (fiction and fact mixed together). Ana De Armas plays Marilyn beautifully - you sometimes have to stop and look twice to realise it's not actually the real Marilyn. The clarity on blu ray is simply beautiful. Highly recommended.
