HELISTAR is a molluscicide for non-professional use, recommended for the control of slugs and snails in gardens and home gardens.
It comes in the form of granulated blue baits, produced by a wet process, which gives them a much higher durability than other baits in the face of rain and humidity.
Its active substance, metaldehyde, works by contact and ingestion. Soon after absorption of the product, gastropods begin to produce a high secretion of mucus and die from dehydration.
Despite only dosing half the metaldehyde of standard formulations, its excellent palatability and attractiveness guarantee a high appetite for slugs and snails, without reducing effectiveness.
