General Begonia Care:
Location: East or west window, partial sun filtered through a curtain or other plants.
Height: Begonia have a habit of sprawling and becoming leggy. Prune drastically to keep full and bushy. Turn the pot occasionally to maintain symmetrical growth.
Soil: Rich garden loam with leaf mold added. Prefect drainage is vital.
Watering: More than average. But if leaves drop, you are overwatering.
Special Care: If possible, summer begonias in the garden setting them out after all danger of frost is past. Bury the container up to the rim in partly shaded windless place. Repot in the fall with fresh earth.
