o You are bidding for 2 packs of High Quality Japan-made Sushi Roll Maker Mold/Mould Set (Large + Small)

o Size of Large Mold: about 21.5cm (Length) x 3 cm (Width)
o Size of Small Mold: about 18cm (Length) x 2.5cm (Width)

o Good Sushi making molds with following instructions to use:
o 1. Put Sushi rice into the inner case & push it firmly. Then, make a shallow channel along in the middle by using rice paddle
o 2. Place the filled case into the outer case
o 3. Fill the channel with your favourite fillings such as carrot, egg, seafood, etc.
o 4. Cover the fillings with another layer of sushi rice till the top of the case. Bear in mind that the case must be fully filled with sushi rice
o 5. Put the cover on to the case and then push it firmly
o 6. Remove the cover; place a Seaweed Nori Sheet on the table; hold the case as shown in the picture and gently push the 'Shshi Roll' out from the case.
o 7. Gently add a little bit water to the edge of the Seaweed Nori Sheet, then turn over the sushi rice roll with the Seaweed Sheet and gently push them to stick together. After that, cut off the balance Seaweed sheet (if any) and wait for about 10 minutes before slicing
