This was created for students to match the parent and baby and/or child animals through a sort. A great game for the spring season!
Included are:
*48 pictures,
*two title cards to help match and sort the cards,
*directions (written more for the teacher).
*answer key
How to Play:
The students find the baby/child card and place it under the title card "baby/child" and then the students find the mom or dad of the baby and place it under the "mom/dad" title card. This is repeated until all the cards are used. Last, the students or the teacher can check their work by looking at the answer key and comparing it.

Please note that you can also play the regular matching game of facing the cards down and taking turns to turn the animals over too, but I would recommend waiting to do this for pre-k or kindergarten students.
