Byredo Tobacco Mandarin is a deep and exciting oriental-woody unisex perfume, released in 2020 by the Swedish niche perfume brand Byredo. The fragrance is filled with contrasts and intrigue, while preserving the beauty and nobility of the sound of the ingredients included in it. A sparkling strip of citrus and spices instantly sweeps through the top notes of the composition with bright shades of sunny mandarin, coriander and cumin. In the depth of the heart chord, the fleeting lightness of the opening chord disappears. The traditional elegant smell of leather reigns here. Labdanum emphasizes its sound, as if throwing a smoky, almost narcotic parade ground on it. Spicy-smoky tobacco envelops everything, imperceptibly flowing into the base of the Tobacco Mandarin composition, in which ancient resins and wood, both sacred and secular, are woven into a single olfactory pattern.
