Tourmaline and Morganite Gemstones

Wanting to have these stones show the fullness of their  traits, I decided to make them articulate on a horizontal axis, allowing them to display both the Crown and Pavilions’ equally and giving a new perspective, while adding whimsy and style to beauty.

The rich green Tourmaline, coupled with brilliant Morganite, and their subtle pink flashes, were all mast cut to my own design, by myself, as was the hand sculpted/fabricated fine silver work. Bringing together what I hope is a pleaser.

Side note:

I and other cutters put a lot of effort into the pavilion of a stone to give the effects seen through the table and crown. Truly though, the backs of these creations are sometimes just as spectacular.
