Does not interact with food (e.g. coffee, dairy products). The iron, vitamins C, B6 and B12 contained in SmartHit Ferrum work synergistically.

SmartHit Ferrum is a state-of-the-art form of iron that ensures 3 times better absorption of the trace element. Using the Miosol principles of efficient absorption technology (EPT), iron is encapsulated in microcapsules. Due to its unique structure, microencapsulated iron is absorbed differently than free iron: microencapsulated iron does not need to bind to proteins that transport it. Microencapsulated iron does not break down in the stomach and is absorbed by the cells of the small intestine, so it is absorbed 3 times more efficiently than other forms of iron.

Effective absorption technology (EPT) Miosol is based on microencapsulation. A microcapsule is a delivery system for vitamins, minerals and plant extracts that:

DOSAGE
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water.
