Large, double flowers composed of ice crystal-like petals. 'Mount Hood' has a perfect mounding habit and an enormous number of flowers throughout the season. Strong rebloom and overall great vigor. Each layer of flowers covers the previous bloom cycle. Multiple layers of blooms extend the season. Good foliage cover too! This Shasta daisy is destined to become a garden classic. PPAF. This plant is a wonderful hardy perennial (it comes back each year). Well draining soil and moderate fertilization are the keys to success. Allow the soil to dry out slightly between watering. A clump forming plant that produces an abundance of blossoms, the flowers are great additions to fresh cut bouquets. A great plant for the butterflies. Sometimes referred to as Leucanthemum or Chrysanthemum.. Our plants are vigorous hybrids not inferior seedlings. All of our plants are of blooming age.
