Simplicity vintage pattern 8040, dated 1968, for a misses' one piece dress, jacket and sleeveless jacket in misses' size 10. This will fit a misses' with the following measurements:

The dress with optional purchased belt, back zipper and bias roll collar has bodice and skirt gathered at waistline, long set in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. Dress is worn with or without self fabric bow. The lined jacket has high round neckline. Crochet type lace edging trimmed View 1 with long set in sleeves contrasts dress. Sleeveless jacket and dress skirt View 2 are of contrasting fabric. The pattern IS UNCUT AND UNUSED is in good condition and is complete with the instructions.
