LIVE AT FOLSOM FIELD is a show featuring much of the material from that time that features the DMB playing a stellar set despite any in-studio turmoil that may have been going on at the time. Recorded in Boulder, Colorado, this 2-CD set features two and one half-hours of music guaranteed to satisfy die-hards as well as more casual fans. Newer material like the jaunty "Bartender" and crisply delivered "Big Eyed Fish" meshed well with older staples including a swaggering "What Would You Say," an epic "Crash Into Me" and a boisterous encore of "Ants Marching" that had the crowd howling.Editorial Reviews3 stars out of 5 - ...What lifts this live relese to 'essential' status for fans is the chance to hear sweeping epics such as 'Bartender' and 'Big Eyed Fish' before the group returned to the studio to record them...Rolling Stone (20030123)
