Lancome introduced in 2012 La vie est belle the composition of the fragrance took Lancome three years and over 5500 test versions. For the first time, three French masters of perfumery combine their abilities to create a fragrance: Olivier Polge Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo.
At the heart of La vie est belle is the idea of a feminine iris fragrance that develops from beginning to end and which the three perfumers wear with their characteristic handwriting. La vie est belle is created from only 63 ingredients which allows each one to fully express itself.
The three authors of the fragrance add every note around the iris in the purest possible form, as a result of which the finished perfume contains almost 50% natural ingredients.
Iris Palida is one of the rarest and most expensive essences in perfumery is at the heart of the fragrance combined with the absolute of the colors of Tunisian orange and jasmine sambac. The base is composed of grains of thin vanilla and praline as well as the rich essence of the purified essence of Indonesian patchouli. In the top notes of La vie est belle you can feel the sweet fruity notes of pear and blackcurrant completing the fragrant pyramid!
