Protina Diasporal Magnesium 295,7 mg/5g - Granules for Oral Solution- 50 Sachets

Magnesium-Diasporal 295,7 mg, granules for oral solution, is a medication containing pure magnesium citrate. Magnesium citrate also occurs as a component in the body and is therefore well tolerated and gentle in its action.

Therapeutic indications
Treatment and prevention of magnesium deficiency.

Dosage
Unless directed otherwise, the daily dosage is 1 stick of Magnesium-Diasporal 295,7 mg dissolved in water or juice (200 ml).
Without artificial sweeteners and colourants, contains sucrose (sugar) and sodium.
Rapidly dissolves in water, tea or juice. Not fizzy. Slight taste of orange

This dose can be increased depending on the deficiency level.
Depending on the level of magnesium deficiency, high doses of magnesium are recommended for the prevention of tension-related headaches and as a migraine prophylaxis (2 x 295,7 mg magnesium per day). This should be taken regularly for at least a period of 3 months. With normal kidney function, Magnesium-Diasporal can be taken on a long-term basis

Composition
1 stick (5 g) contains as active ingredient:
magnesium citrate (calc. anhydrous) 1856,6 mg = magnesium content: 295,7 mg
Other contents: Sucrose (sugar), citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, riboflavin, flavour.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
