Description

An unique spinach oriental hybrid variety, which is slow to bolt, making it suitable to grow throughout summer and into autumn. This dark green variety produces multiple side shoots providing an excellent yield. A good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. It has an upright habit, producing dark green, large, pointed leaves, multiple side shoots and long stems with pink tinged bases.
Delicious chopped in stir fries, added to salads or steamed.
Prefers a well composted, well-drained soil in a sunny position.
