PUMPKIN ‘Small Sugar’ or ‘New England Pie’ are small round pumpkins flattened at ends. They are very finest quality with 20cm diameter with 2.5 - 3kg weight. It has thick, sweet orange-yellow fine-grained flesh which makes it best variety for general use. A standard heirloom since the 1800s, Small Sugar is the classic pumpkin for pies and canning as it stays good for long time. This variety is easy to grow and widely adapted.
