Forum additive for bearings (grease, additive to grease) is used for the treatment of rolling and sliding bearings, open friction surfaces of motor vehicles and tracked vehicles. The additive is compatible with any type of grease.
Effects of using FORUM additive for bearings:
· Increases the service life of the bearing by 3–4 times;
· Provides increased resistance to stress, corrosion, water washout;
· Possesses high extreme pressure properties;
· Is used in the range of operating temperatures from -30 ° C to +150 ° C;
· Reduces noise by 2–8 dB.
In the event of an accidental loss of lubricant, Forum® Bearing Additive reduces the coefficient of friction by a factor of 100, protecting parts over a long period of time. The additive allows to reduce the starting resistance when operating at low temperatures.
Composition: UPTFE-Forum®, highly refined base oil, lithium group thickeners.
FORUM for bearings is applied according to the following scheme:
1. Remove old grease.
2. Mix the FORUM additive with an equal amount of any grease for bearings in a 1: 1 ratio
3. Add the resulting compound to the bearing.
For worn bearings, it is recommended to use the additive without dilution.
The effect of using the additive manifests itself no later than after 200-500 km of run, increases and remains throughout the entire service life of the oil.
