For concentration and attentiveness. Esprico combines the major nutrients omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as well as magnesium and zinc essential for our nervous system, which are needed to actively promote our natural powers of concentration and attentiveness.
The fruity chewable capsules contain a balanced combination of pure sea-fish oil with the valuable omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and natural herbal evening primrose oil, which is rich in omega-6 fatty acid.
The capsules also contain the minerals magnesium and zinc, which are also important for optimum brain function.
Dosage
Children 5 years of age and older are advised to take 2 Esprico capsules in the morning and 2 Esprico food supplement capsules in the evening each day. Fruit-flavored chewable capsules can be chewed or ingested with a small amount of liquid. Alternatively, the capsule can be crushed on a spoon or mixed with food.

Research has shown that capsules are best taken for 12 weeks to ensure fatty acid balance in the fatty acid metabolism process. After this period, fatty acid metabolism should be optimized. If you need Esprico, you can take it for a longer period of time. The recommended daily allowance can then be gradually reduced to 2 capsules.
