Use:
Shake well before use. Apply evenly to face and neck at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Repeat frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping.
To achieve the protection that corresponds to the sun protection index you should use 2mg / cm² (about 1/3 teaspoon for face and neck).

Warning:

Reducing the quantity indicated significantly reduces the level of protection. Do not expose too much time to the sun even if you use sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health threat.
