The NADAL COVID-19 IgG / IgM test is an immunological test of chromatographic lateral flow for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM anti-SARS-CoV-2 in samples of human whole blood, serum or plasma.
It is important to note that in the early stages of infection (3 to 7 days), IgG and IgM anti-SARS-CoV-2 may be below the test detection limit.

The test is intended to help diagnose primary infections and possible secondary infections with SARSCoV-2.

Reliable result easily and quickly

The test must be performed immediately after collection of the sample. Do not leave samples at room temperature for extended periods of time.

If the test is to be performed within 2 days of collecting the sample, whole blood collected by venipuncture should be stored at 2-8 ° C. Do not freeze whole blood samples. Serum or plasma sample Separate the serum or plasma from the blood as soon as possible to avoid hemolysis. Use only clear, non-hemolytic samples. The test must be performed immediately after collection of the sample. Do not leave samples at room temperature for extended periods of time. Serum and plasma samples can be stored at 2-8 ° C for up to 3 days. For long-term storage, samples should be kept below -20 ° C. Bring samples to room temperature before testing. Frozen samples should be completely thawed and mixed well before testing. Samples should not be frozen and thawed repeatedly. Jaundice, lipid, hemolyzed, heat-treated and infected specimens can lead to inaccurate test results.

Examination process in 5 simple steps
Allow NADAL's COVID-19 IgG / IgM test, sample, regulatory solution and / or witness to come into equilibrium at room temperature (15-30 B. Celsius) before testing.

1. Take the test out of the sealed pocket and use it as soon as possible. Optimal results will be achieved if the test is used immediately after opening the package. Highlight the test case with the patient or identity check.

2. Place the test cassette on a clean, flat surface.

3. Holding the pipette vertically, pull the sample (total blood / serum / plasma) until the first expansion (approximately 10 μL) and add it to the sample box (S) of the test cartridge. Alternatively, a micropipette (10 μl) can be used.

4. Holding the buffer bottle vertically, add 2 drops (approximately 80 μL) of buffer solution to the buffer solution (B). Avoid creating air bubbles.

5. Wait for the red lines to appear. Read the results after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of Results
Positive for IgM
One color line develops in the "C" control line area and another color line develops in the "IgM" test line area. The result is indicative of a primary SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Negative
A colored line appears in the Control Line (C). No lines appear in the IgG and IgM test areas.

The control line (C) does not appear. The results of any test that has not produced a test line at the specified reading time must be discarded. Check the process and repeat the test with a new test tape. If the problem persists, stop using the test kit immediately and contact your distributor.
