CERAN XM 460 is based on calcium sulfonate complex
new generation developed by TOTAL Lubrifiants. This
new soap thickener with improved performance
in terms of water resistance, bearing capacity, thermal stability,
anti-corrosion properties, while maintaining a high level
pumpability and good lubricity at high
speeds.
CERAN XM 460 can be used to lubricate all types of assemblies
exposed to high loads, shock effects, working
under conditions of repeated contact with water (even with sea water,
due to improved anti-corrosion properties).
CERAN XM 460 is suitable for the lubrication of equipment bearings
metallurgical enterprises (units of continuous casting lines and
rolling mills) and in the paper industry. CERAN XM 460
also suitable for lubricating the roller bearings of hardwood presses and all
industrial equipment operating in difficult conditions
(humidity, loads, high temperatures, dust, etc.), in particular in
mining and cement industry.
CERAN XM 460 can be used in centralized systems
lubricant supply.
When using, avoid contamination of the grease with dust and / or dirt.
It is preferable to use a pneumatic pumping system
lubricants.
