Each serving (1 softgel) contains postnatal Vitamins A, C, D3, E, plus all 8 B vitamins and also includes DHA, Calcium, Iron, Iodine, Magnesium, and Zinc. DHA is an important Omega-3 fatty acid that helps support fetal brain and eye development. Calcium and Vitamin D work together to build and support strong bones for both baby and mom. Iron is vital for red blood cell formation and to deliver oxygen to cells throughout the body.
