This is a vintage game called SPACE CHECKERS from Pleasantime / Pacific Game Company. It is game #1350, US Pat. #D-200-109.
The game comes in its original box with the instruction leaflet, 4 clear rods, the red base, 12 smaller red square platforms (differs from the ones pictured in the box which are clear), rubber feet for the rods, 8 red pieces, 8 black pieces, and the original box cardboard inserts. The pieces appear barely used, they are all in very good condition. The box has some age discoloration and the lid has one split corner; the tray has 2 puncture marks.
