Metallic and foil is so hot now. The professionals who take the advertising photos have my deepest respect. Getting good pics of gold foil is more difficult than linen damask. The true color of this bag is a soft gold on a gold tone frame.

This vintage bag is in exceptional condition. Probably wasn't carried more than once or twice and then carefully. The gold snake chain and frame are mint. The outer gold foil also looks unused. I'm judging it has been carried because the inside has a couple of slight scuff marks--not soil. The bag front features gathered foil fabric held by a central tongue. The back is plain. The gold frame is chased. Inside is lined in a rayon satin and has a gold foil mirror pocket.

It is marked Creation Dianne, Made in Canada. The bag is 6½ x 7 inches with a 2 inch gusset so will easily hold a small wallet, a few cosmetics, keys and even a cell. The snake chain is a handbag length. This is really a nice bag.
