A perfectly enchanting white cloth hat with some unique design properties, the hat has four pleats on the top and comes down over the head with a gathered brim. This hat fits like a cloche with the brim longer in the front and shorter in the back. There is a label that reads USA union. There is a bit of soil in the back on the brim. Can’t be detected in photos but I disclose everything we see.
