TOTAL Nevastane XS 80 is a low temperature food grade grease with improved extreme pressure properties based on a calcium sulfonate complex.

Application

NEVASTANE XS 80 is a multipurpose heavy duty grease based on a complex of calcium sulfonate and a synthetic base oil, designed primarily for use at very low temperatures and / or high loads.
NEVASTANE XS 80 is a multipurpose grease with improved extreme pressure properties, recommended for use in food processing equipment, as well as in related areas operating under difficult conditions (high loads, high temperatures, water, dust).
NEVASTANE XS 80 is perfect for use in pellet presses in the feed industry (animal feed, sugar beet): KAHL, PROMILL, CPM, UMT, VAN AARSEN…).
When using, avoid contamination of the grease with dust and / or dirt. It is preferable to use a pneumatic pump lubrication system or use cartridges.
