Star Wars Commander Bly MOSC MOC Rare Brown Stripes Version 2005

This is the rare 3rd version of Commander Bly. The brown stripe version was released in small numbers as part of the final wave of the Revenge of the Sith 3-3/4" figure line. Perfect paint applications, it should be sent in to the AFA for professional grading.
