OA5C20This is a 1960s war era Vietnamese Souvenir Doll made of a hard plastic like material with hand painted face. She has long black hair and wearing an authentic style hat and floral or cherry blossom pattern silk feel dress over white slacks. It is beautifully tailored with high heel shoes that are nailed to a black wood base. On the base is written Made in Viet-Nam in a cursive handwriting. These types of dolls were purchased by soldiers to bring home to friends and family as gifts when they returned from the war (military engagement). It measures about 16" tall and is in great condition for a vintage doll of this age, and you sill see some spotting in the pictures. It is made primarily for display.
