This is a great rock garden flower or ground cover grows fast from seeds and has very tight evergreen leaves on it. We put this in 1 gallon pots and it covers the whole thing fast if it has room to grow it will spread to about 14" they leaves stays short as a carpet look about 3" tall then it has flowers that get about 5" tall on it. The flowers come out on little strong stems on them these look great in rock gardens and will form a great ground cover if planted close together and can handle foot traffic will just pop back up. This is a perennial and leaves will stay green all year long we like to start these in cell trays and transplant as larger plants just much easier to control the germination.
