Application
MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN is designed for use in all types of gasoline and diesel engines, including turbocharged ones, equipped with a neutralization system, operating on all grades of fuel. MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN effectively cleans dirt and deposits formed in the engine. MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN provides excellent surface lubrication during cleaning.

Characteristics
MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN is added to the oil before changing it and allows:

 • Reduce wear.

 • Reduce fuel and oil consumption.

 • Increase compression in all cylinders.

 • Reduce emissions of harmful substances in the exhaust gases.

 • Remove deposits, varnishes and other combustion products from places such as hydraulic lifters and piston ring grooves.

 • Ensure better fresh oil performance after replacement.

 • Increase the durability of catalytic converters and particulate filters.

Recommendations for use
Add a bottle of MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN to the running oil on a warm engine before each change. Let the engine idle for 15 minutes. Change engine oil and filter.

The contents of one bottle is enough for an oil volume of 5 liters. For large volumes, add 60 ml of MOTUL ENGINE CLEAN for every liter of oil. Do not exceed recommended proportions. If necessary, repeat the cleaning procedure again.

When used together with the MOTUL FUEL SYSTEM CLEAN or MOTUL DIESEL SYSTEM CLEAN, it can significantly reduce pollutant emissions during technical inspections.
