How to take
Consume two sachets daily. Put the micro-pellets directly on the tongue, let slowly melt and swallow. Please tear open the bag in the direction of the arrow.

Important!
Amounts above 250 mg of magnesium can have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
Not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a dry, dark place, out of the reach of children below 25°C / 77°F.
