The blade is folded 7 times starting from 9 layers Of 1095 and 15N20 Carbon Steel Blade of the knife is the result of hours and hours of forging. Prestigious Carbon Steel Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Possess awesome Edge holding and retention with 60 Rockwell Hardness of the blade edge. Approximately 5.00 mm Thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both sides with top side left with a false edge. Not many custom makers can keep such a pattern of layers upon layers flowing all the way to the edge of the blade, which creates a saw-blade effect at the microscopic level, allowing the blade to keep cutting while other blades have dulled. The spine of the blade has awesome file work. The main ingredients of the handle include NATURAL WOOD.
This knife is complete with a top quality extra-thick leather sheath. The leather sheath is totally hand tooled and sewn. Extra thick leather and strong stitching make this sheath robust which can withstand years of rough and tough use. The sheath can be worn on the belt.
Normal wear & tear and blade usage consisting of scratches, blade chips, broken knife tips, blade edge dings, re-sharpening errors, corrosion, rusting, pitting, carbon-burs, and tarnish of the knife are not covered by the replacement guarantee, if the knife has usage and the blade breaks or the handles get knocked apart we will replace the knife. The sheaths are not covered by the replacement guarantee.

Scores a 58 HRC on the Rockwell Scale - This metal is tough and ready for work. Creating Carbon Steel is still unknown to this day. The process has been lost for the past 500 years. Today, we fold several different sheets of steel together, dip in Ferric Chloride which eats away the metals at different rates to show the Damascus pattern.
