The composition of the “automatic transmission” (80 ml) is designed to protect against wear, extend the life and restore the characteristics of automatic gearboxes, including CVTs, of any type and with any type of gear oil.

The tribotechnical composition is not an additive in automatic transmission oil, since it does not change the chemical and physical properties of the oil, but according to the method of application it can be assigned to additives for automatic transmission.

EFFECTS FROM APPLICATION
Under the influence of the tribological composition, the worn friction surfaces in the hydraulic oil pump and the shape of the gear teeth are restored. This allows you to solve the following problems:

Eliminate delays (jerking, shocks, kicks) when shifting gears
The optimization of the clearances in the automatic transmission oil pump ensures the nominal oil pressure, and the cleaning of the valve body valves normalizes the transmission of pressure in the oil flow. This ensures the timely response of the elements of the valve body of the box in response to the instructions of the electronic controller. Compression and release of friction packages occurs at the right time, which reduces the likelihood of jolts and jerks when shifting gears.

It does not matter during the transition between which gears the delay was most pronounced. The tribo-composition restores the oil pump and processes the valve body valves equally efficiently. This allows you to restore the normal operation of all units of the unit.

Reduce hum and vibration during gearbox operation
The metal protective layer restores the shape of the teeth of the transmission gears, which ensures their proper engagement and exit. In addition, the engagement process is softened by a denser oil film on the surface of the teeth. All this leads to a reduction in microshocks, provides a smooth interaction of planetary gears and thus reduces hum and noise during the operation of the machine.

As a rule, the most pronounced noise appears when working on one of the gears. This means that there has been wear on the surfaces of the gear teeth in this connection. The tribotechnical composition affects all pairs, but more actively restores the most worn out ones. Thus, the composition is equally effective regardless of whether the first gear is noisy, the second or any other.

Reduce fuel consumption by increasing free play
A dense oil film on the surfaces of the teeth ensures their smooth engagement and exit, which reduces energy loss during gearbox operation. This increases the coast - free wheeling in neutral gear, and leads to lower fuel consumption.

Restore chain tension
Restoring the geometry of the variator cones, as well as holding a denser layer of oil on the surface, can prevent chain slippage.

It should be noted that the gear oil used in the variators contains special additives that improve the adhesion of the chain and the surface of the cones. Thus, improving the performance of the lubricant does not weaken the friction between the chain and the cone, but rather: the denser the film of oil on the surfaces of the parts, the better the adhesion.

Extend unit life
The protective layer on the surface of the cones has increased microelasticity and microhardness. Because of this, the surface of the cones treated with the composition wears out much less during use, which extends the life of the unit.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The composition of the “automatic transmission” should be added once to the gear oil through a standard oil filler hole. To maintain the recovery effects continuously, it is recommended that the composition be added again at each regular oil change in the gearbox.
