Industrial dye - It is the most used white pigment in its brightness, high index of refraction and its low deterioration over time. It is further applied in a way to make it whiter and opaque as paints, coatings, plastics, papers, as well as in all white decoration products.Toothpaste - Virtually all as toothpastes take titanium dioxide to produce a whiter paste.Food coloring - Used in chewing gum, candy and white ice cream, and not even milk, these being only some of the examples.Textile dye - Synthetic fabrics get a perfect white due to titanium dioxide.Cosmetics - Titanium dioxide is used in cosmetics for a skin and sunscreens as a physical blocker because of its high refractive index and its great ability to absorb UV light.Water purification - Titanium dioxide functions as a filter, blocking a passageway from any contaminant. Can also be used for water desalination.Construction - The white cement, as well as ceramics and white coatings in its constitution titanium dioxide.Batteries with anode batteries made up of titanium dioxide nanoparticles can last up to twice as many original models.Liquid Concealers - To leave the appearance whitish.Medicines.High performance, multipurpose chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment designed to give an outstanding combination of dispersion, opacity, gloss and durability in a wide range of interior and exterior, water and solvent based coating formulations.
