The skirt panels wrap around the body and meet at the front kneeof one leg and back knee of the other with a little kick slit at the hemline of each. NO WAISTBAND to spoil the line. Waist sits at the top of the hip. With 10% lycra, this skirt has nice stretch and will keep its shape without wrinkling through your busiest day. Blouse not included.
